Log into cPanel Using the Direct URL
Log into cPanel from AMP
- On the My Account page in AMP, locate and click the cPanel icon to be redirected to your cPanel account
Reset cPanel Password
- On the My Account page in AMP, click on the Reset cPanel Password button
- Enter the desired password in the New Password field and again in the Confirm New Password field
NOTE: The new password must be rated as Strong. Suggestions will be provided to the right of the text field if the requirements are not met. - Click Reset Password
Locate cPanel Username
- From AMP, click the Account Technical Details button
- The username will be located next to cPanel Username
