Once an account is past due, access to hosting products is restricted in the Account Management Panel. In some cases, an extension may have been applied that would allow continued access to the hosting for a time.
This guide shows how to access cPanel in cases where an extension has been applied, and the normal access through the Account Management Panel is restricted.

Log in when Hosting Restricted
- Above the section where cPanel would be accessed, the domain for the hosting plan and the cPanel username is listed along with the plan type
EXAMPLE: yourdomain.com (yourdo5) | Spark, 1 Year
- To access the cPanel, you would need to go to yourdomain.com/cPanel and use the cPanel username to log in
REPLACE: yourdomain.com with the appropriate domain name.
TIP: By default, the cPanel password will be the same as the AMP password. - Alternatively, another option would be to use the default cPanel URL
