Domains can be purchased with many different hosting providers and, after the first 60 days of purchase, can be transferred to any other provider, so long as you have ownership of it.
Here, we cover the steps to follow if you want to transfer a domain to Web Hosting Hub by initiating the request and paying the transfer fee in your Account Management Panel (AMP). Once requested, the process can take up to 14 days to complete and cannot be expedited.
Web Hosting Hub only supports certain Top Level Domains. If your domain type is not supported, you can still host the domain with Web Hosting Hub. You will just need to modify your nameservers at the registrar to what's listed in Web Hosting Hub Nameservers.
To successfully transfer your domain into Web Hosting Hub, you will need to ensure the domain is registered, that it is not within the first 60 days of its registration, nor is it within 14 days of expiration (required to prevent the loss of your domain name if the transfer request fails).
You will also need to get the domain privacy removed at the current registrar, if applicable, and have them provide your domain’s Authorization/EPP Code.
