Check Email in Webmail

Here we explain how to access Webmail from cPanel or using the direct URL options.  Webmail is a browser-based email utility that will allow you to check email for accounts hosted at Web Hosting Hub.  Webmail also allows the option of two interfaces when managing email: Roundcube and Horde.

Accessing Webmail

NOTE: Log in with the appropriate email address and password regardless of the option used to access Webmail.

1. To access Webmail from cPanel:
   1. Log into cPanel
   2. Click on Email Accounts in the Email area
      
   3. Click Check Email to be automatically logged into that email account
      
2. To access Webmail directly:
   1. Go to any of the following addresses in a web browser and use the full email account name and password to log in via direct URL:
      1. example.com/webmail
      2. webmail.example.com
      3. secure##.webhostinghub.com/webmail

Replace: Replace 'secure##' with the actual server hostname value which can be obtained in Account Technical Details in AMP.  Also, replace 'example.com' with the actual domain name associated with the email accounts. 

TIP: If there is a page asking to choose a default Webmail application, click on either Horde or RoundCube and it will use one of those clients to enter the email account.  Roundcube is recommended, but the choice is a user preference.
