Cancel Hosting

We are sorry to hear that you want to cancel your hosting account! 

When you no longer need a subscription or need to close an account for other reasons, you can follow the steps below to assist you with turning off your next auto-renewal in your Account Management Panel (AMP).

The subscription will remain active until the next renewal date before closing completely. Be sure to make any backups of required files prior to that date.

Cancel Hosting by Disabling Auto-Renewal

1. While in AMP, hover over the Billing tab and select My Subscriptions.
   
   
2. Locate the line item for the subscription you want to modify and click the red X located in the last column.
   
   
3. On the next page, review the item(s) listed, then click Continue
   
   
4. Fill out the form on the next screen, then click Submit
   NOTE: We truly appreciate your choosing us as your hosting provider and are sorry to learn that you would like to cancel your subscription. Filling out the form allows us to continue to improve our services and address any issues.
   
5. The next page will load a confirmation that the subscription has been canceled, and a confirmation email will be sent to your primary email address on file
   
6. On the My Subscriptions page, you will now see Set to Expire in the last column where the red X was
   NOTE: If the subscription was eligible for a refund, the subscription will be moved to an inactive state.
   IMPORTANT: Addon subscription items bundled with the hosting plan, such as Backup Manager, etc., will also be set to expire or canceled as applicable. By using step 6 above, you can check all bill items on your account to see which have been set to expire or canceled.
   CAUTION: Domain Registrations and Domain Privacy must be handled as separate/individual cancellations and will not be modified when canceling a hosting subscription.
