Steps to follow if a new, additional, hosting plan needs to be purchased and added to an existing AMP account. When you purchase the new plan this way, using the AMP Marketplace, you will have everything housed under one AMP and will allow your billing for all plans to be in one place.
Purchase Additional Hosting
- While in AMP, select Marketplace from the menu bar
- Select Hosting
NOTE: You will be redirected to the Web Hosting Hub website to select the desired plan and term. - Select the appropriate term length
- Under the plan desired, select Order Now
- Configure your plan by choosing the Data Center and adding or removing any specific add-ons
- Click Continue
- Choose Select Assign a domain to register or I already own the domain I want to use
- If Assign a domain to register, input the desired domain and TLD in the provided box and click Search
NOTE: If the domain is not available, it is already registered. Keep searching until a desired domain and TLD are available to use. - If I already own the domain I want to use, input the registered domain name and click Apply
- If Assign a domain to register, input the desired domain and TLD in the provided box and click Search
- Click Continue
- Review the displayed contact information for accuracy that has auto-populated on the Account, Billing & Payment Information page
TIP: If there is an error with the phone number, make sure the country code is also listed, for example, 18883214678. - Select the appropriate payment method
- Click Review my Order
- Review the details, then check the I Agree box for the Terms of Service
- Click Checkout and the order will process
- For PayPal payments, a secure PayPal window will open
- Fill out your login credentials for the PayPal account you are wanting to utilize
- Select your payment method via PayPal and hit Submit
- For PayPal payments, a secure PayPal window will open
- Once the order is processed you will see the new panel on your My Account page in your existing AMP, and once the plan is activated, it will be accessible
