cPanel's included spam filter, SpamAssassin, is sufficient for many users. However, there are many cases where basic spam filtering is not enough to protect your email account from being overwhelmed with spam messages.
Our hosting platforms include a Professional Spam Filter known as SpamExperts, by default. All you have to do to activate it is change your domain's MX records to point to SpamExperts. We cover how to do so below, as well as how to access the SpamExperts Dashboard.
SpamExperts is an advanced email filter that scans and filters your incoming email for spam and various email-related attacks by botnets and spammers with high accuracy. It features unique self-learning filtering and advanced pattern detection to adapt to spam techniques and to your preferences based on the emails you mark as spam.
