Here we discuss steps to resolve issues with email not routing to Google Workspace. Updating the domain's MX records to point to Google mail servers and confirming Email Routing is set to remote will resolve the issue in the majority of cases.
Access to cPanel will be needed to complete these steps and nameservers for the domain will need to point to Web Hosting Hub values. DNS changes can take 4 to 24 hours to update/propagate.

NOTE: This solution is only applicable if the domain is pointed to Web Hosting Hub's nameservers. You can check nameservers and DNS following the guide here.
- Using a DNS checker, such as whatsmydns.net, or command line confirm the MX records are the following:
ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM.
Priority 1
ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM
Priority 5
ALT2.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM.
Priority 5
ALT3.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM.
Priority 10
ALT4.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM.
Priority 10 - If any other MX records are present, delete the incorrect MX record and add the GSuite MX records using Zone Editor in cPanel
- From cPanel, confirm that Email Routing is set to Remote for the domain by clicking the Email Routing icon and selecting the appropriate domain from the dropdown menu
TIP: There are instances where email routing must be "reset". It is recommended to change the setting to "Remote Mail Exchanger".
NOTE: cPanel should switch this if Email Routing is set to Automatically detect the configuration. - If Google Workspace MX records are already set up, Email Routing is correctly set to Remote, but emails are still not being delivered; it is recommended to reach out directly to Google to review their services
