Here, we'll provide a brief overview of the restrictions placed on sending emails from our hosting plans. This includes hourly sending limits, inbox size limits, account limits, attachment limits, and recipient limits.
Email Limits
- All of our plans can create unlimited email accounts
- All of our plans have an unlimited inbox size on all email accounts
- No more than 50 recipients per email regardless of whether the email is being sent TO, CC’d, or BCC’d
TIP: Please review Maximum Email Size and Recipient Limit.- This is server-wide and cannot be changed
- The default limitation for sending emails is 250 emails per hour per cPanel account but can be increased to 750 emails per hour per cPanel account by requesting an Email Limit Exemption
