Here we cover clearing the cache on multiple web browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, and Opera. This is good to know when you have made changes to your website and saved them, but the site is not showing the differences.
Your browser's cache is a temporary storage area that holds the most recently downloaded Web pages. As you jump from web page to web page, caching those pages in memory lets you quickly go back to a page without downloading it from the Web again.
Clearing your cache occasionally is essential, especially when updating web pages. Clearing the cache forces the browser to download the web page again, allowing you to see any updates you have made.
