We currently have a couple of different ways to leave feedback, depending on what you are reviewing. This article is going to detail the process for leaving general feedback for our company and your experience within your Account Management Panel (AMP).
At this time the only way to leave feedback for an agent you interacted with is via an automated email sent from our ticketing system.
Leave Feedback
- On the main page of AMP, locate and click on the Leave Feedback icon
- Select the appropriate option from the drop-down for what the feedback is regarding and rate your experience
- Provide feedback in the field provided and click Submit
