Here, we cover how to renew a domain registration if billing is current or past due.
Remember that all domain registrations will automatically renew 14 days before the renewal date.
This is because if a domain registration is not paid before or on the due date, the bill item will expire, and the services on the domain will be suspended.

After the renewal date, when the domain bill item is suspended
- Review our Expired Domain Lifecycle article
- Reach out to the Customer Service department so we can assist you with processing the renewal

Before the renewal date, when the domain bill item is not suspended

While in AMP, hover over the Billing menu and select My Subscriptions

Click the icon under Renew Now for the domain needing to be renewed

Once the bill items and total due is reviewed, click Proceed to Checkout
- Review and confirm the listed Billing Information is accurate

Select the Payment Method in the drop-down menu

If using a Credit Card
- Ensure the appropriate card is selected or add a new card
- Click Submit to process the renewal

If using PayPal or Venmo

Hit the yellow PayPal option or blue Venmo option
NOTE: A secure window will open. - Fill out your login credentials for the associated account you are wanting to utilize
- Select your payment method
- Click Submit
