Upgrade or Downgrade Hosting Plan

Here we cover how to process an upgrade, or downgrade for your current hosting plan via your AMP.

When attempting to upgrade or downgrade, your hosting plan must be current. If your account is past due, you can process the payment due currently and then attempt to change the plan. When you do this, the change plan tool will calculate the payment applied as credit for the unused time and the pricing you see will include that credit. 

Upgrade or Downgrade Hosting Plan

1. On the My Account page in AMP, locate and click the Change Hosting Plan icon
   
    
2. On the next page, select the type of plan to change to
   TIP: Your hosting plan must be current when attempting to upgrade or downgrade. 
   IMPORTANT: The change plan tool will calculate any credit for unused time, and the pricing you see will have the credit already included. 
   
3. Select Checkout, where you will see all items that are tied to your hosting plan listed
   
    
4. Select the desired form of payment
   NOTE: Venmo is available when you select PayPal.
5. Check I Agree to the Terms of Service
   
    
6. To submit
   1. For Credit Card payment
      1. Click Order
   2. For PayPal payment
      1. Click PayPal
      2. Process the payment via the pop-out window that appears
   3. For Venmo payment
      1. Click Venmo
      2. Process the payment via the pop-out window that appears
