TIP: If the domain is not pointed to Web Hosting Hub's nameservers, but utilizing Web Hosting Hub for email hosting, check what the current DKIM record is at the domain's third-party nameservers. If there is no DKIM present, it is advised to create the txt DKIM record there. The DKIM record can be retrieved from cPanel. Instructions on how to see this information can be found here.
- Log into cPanel
- Navigate to Email Deliverability, located in the Email section
- Search for the domain having DKIM issues and review the Email Deliverability Status
- If it shows "Problems Exist (DKIM)", click Manage next to the domain
- This page should show what problems the DKIM record is having, and what the suggested DKIM record should be if using Web Hosting Hub email
- If the issue is that the DKIM record is incorrect, you can click Install the Suggested Record to update the DKIM record on the server
