Here we discuss issues with email delivery using Zoho. Specifically Zoho emails bouncing back with error 550 High probability of spam. This is due to including tracking links in emails triggering the outbound spam filter. Removing this link within Zoho client settings will resolve this issue. There is no way to adjust the spam filter to allow the tracking link.
Disable Tracking in Zoho
- From the Zoho client, navigate to the gear icon in the top right
- Under the heading Channels, click Email
- Click the tab, Email Intelligence
- Toggle the Email Insights option off
NOTE: Emails will now send without the tracking link and will be sent without triggering the outbound spam filter.
