AutoSSL and dedicated SSLs do not install to alias domains if the primary domain already has an SSL. Resolve the issue by making the alias domain an addon domain within cPanel.

Converting the Domain
- Log into cPanel
- Navigate to Domains, located in the Domains section
- Click on Manage next to the Alias domain
- Click the Remove Domain option to remove the Alias so that it can then be added as an Addon Domain
- Create the Addon domain
IMPORTANT: Ensure the document root for the Addon domain is set to /public_html, the same as the Alias domain. - Install the SSL certificate using one of the following options:
- If using AutoSSL:
- From cPanel, navigate to SSL/TLS Status, located in the Security section
- Click Run AutoSSL
- From cPanel, navigate to SSL/TLS Status, located in the Security section
- If using a dedicated SSL:
- If using a third-party SSL:
- Install third-party SSL from AMP or reach out to third-party SSL issuer to install SSL certificate
