Renew Bill Items

This article covers the process to renew your active bill items using your Account Management Panel (AMP) when a payment is due. Currently, we accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover), PayPal, Venmo, and physical US checks.

If an item is suspended due to non-payment, the renewal must be processed by reaching out to Customer Service to ensure proper restoration of services. Our Customer Service department is available 24/7 via chat or ticket.

Process Renewal

1. While in AMP, hover over the Billing tab and select My Subscriptions
   
   
2. Locate the item(s) needing to be renewed and click the green circle arrow under the Renew Now column
   
   
3. Review the selected items to renew by adding or removing the appropriate bill items as needed by using the checkboxes 
   
   
4. Once the bill items and total due is reviewed, click Proceed to Checkout
   
   
5. Review and confirm the listed Billing Information is accurate
6. Select the Payment Method in the drop-down menu
   
   
   1. If using a Credit Card
      1. Ensure the appropriate card is selected or add a new card
      2. Submit to process the renewal
   2. If using PayPal
      1. Hit the yellow PayPal option or blue Venmo option
         
         
      2. A secure window will open
      3. Fill out your login credentials for the associated account you are wanting to utilize 
      4. Select your payment method and Submit
7. Once processed a receipt will be emailed to the primary address on file
