Here we cover the steps to resolve a credit card decline error, including but not limited to Invalid Transaction, Unable to Decrypt Card, Do Not Honor, or Pick Up Card. This is done by re-entering the credit card details to rule out the card information being the decline issue. These payment declines often indicate the credit card information attempting to be used is listed incorrectly.
When a card is attempted to be used for payment, the system needs to decrypt the card number to send the data for processing. Our encryption security is multi-layer, and sometimes it can end up being too secure and unable to decrypt the stored data.
By following the steps below, the issue is typically resolved, but if you continue to experience issues, please contact our Customer Service team, available 24/7 via chat or ticket.
