Whitelist Email Address with SpamAssassin

Here we explain how to whitelist an email address using SpamAssassin.

Whitelisting an email address can help stop legitimate emails from being blocked for reasons such as poor authentication and being labeled as spam.

This process will require access to cPanel.

Whitelist with SpamAssassin

1. Log into cPanel
2. Locate Spam Filters under the Email section
   
   
3. Scroll down the page and click on Show Additional Configurations
   
   
4. Click on Edit Spam Whitelist Settings
   
   
5. In the box next to "whitelist_from", enter the email address that needs to be added to the whitelist
6. Click the Update Whitelist (whitelist_from) button
