DNSSEC is a security protocol that adds an additional layer of authentication and integrity to DNS responses, protecting against DNS spoofing and other attacks.
At this time, our nameservers do not support DNSSEC. This results in failed DNSSEC validation, causing DNS resolution failures or warnings to users.
In most cases, they can be resolved by disabling DNSSEC on the domain.
DNSSEC Error
- Check if the domain has DNSSEC by checking for a DS record at Verisign Labs DNSSEC Analyzer
- If a DS record is found and you are using Web Hosting Hub Nameservers, reach out to your registrar to disable it
TIP: If the domain is registered through Web Hosting Hub, submit a ticket requesting that DNSSEC be disabled on the domain.
